While on his way to a performance at the Palau Sant Jordi stadium in Spain, Justin was seen rolling down the window to greet fans.
However, the act quickly turned sour when one fan approached the car and began to touch the star's face.
Bieber responded quickly by extended his arm out of the car and hitting the male fan in the face, who was later seen with a bloodied mouth.
This is the latest incident in a string of altercations Justin has had in recent years.
